Dear Friends,
As the light breaks in the early morning and the sun shines late into the evening, bluebells and wild garlic bloom in abundance here in Cornwall. During my travels in Gloucestershire and Somerset I've noticed an plethora of cowslips this year which is such a joy to behold. I spent May Day installing my 'Synergy' Sculpture Edition 2 of 9 at Fresh Air Sculpture Exhibition which will be open 16 June - 7 July.
In this vibrant season of renewal, I have often found inspiration. I created the 'Eshaness' Vessel (above) using the hammering techniques in which I specialise, shaping flat sheet silver into its form through raising and chasing flowing patterns. Inspired by rugged landscapes, this piece is part of my Elemental Landscape Collection. READ FULL NEWSLETTER HERE
